SALAD

Salads have high fibre content , they increase appetite and help in digestion.
Highly recommended along with lunch or dinner.
FRUIT SALAD
Ingrediants:
:- 2 Apples skinned and chopped
:- 2 Bananas skinned and chopped
:- 1 bunch of green and black grapes
:- 3-4 fresh straberries chopped
:- 1 Promogrenate
:- 2 Tomatoes chopped
:- 1/4th tsp salt
:- 1/4th tsp pepper
:- 1/4th tsp sugar
:- 1/2 tsp lemon
* Chop all these fruits in a bowl
* Add salt, pepper ,sugar and lemon
And enjoy them with your dinner or lunch..Healthy and delicious

BEET ROOT AND CARROT SALAD

:- 1 Beet root
:- 1 carrot
:- 1 radish
:- 1 onion
:- 1 Cucumber
:- Salt and Pepper with lemon jucie to taste
Cut of circular pieces and sprinkle a bit salt, pepper and few lemon drops--enjoy!!
